Description HELIX Environmental Planning, Inc. (HELIX) , a California-based environmental consulting and planning firm, is seeking a team-oriented and motivated Senior CEQA/NEPA Environmental Project Manager to join our Northern California team. HELIX provides CEQA/NEPA, air quality and greenhouse gas, noise and vibration, biological resource, cultural resource management, habitat restoration, regulatory permitting, environmental compliance monitoring, and GIS services to both the public and private sectors. This position reports to our Northern California Environmental Planning Group Manager based out of our Folsom Office. Why work at HELIX? Duties include document preparation, coordination with environmental planning staff, technical specialists, and subconsultants; managing budgets and invoices; interacting with clients and reviewing agencies (county, city, CDFW, RWQCB, USACE); proposal preparation; and business development. The candidate should possess the experience, communication skills, and interest for these activities. Strong QA/QC and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build collaborative relationships among team members, clients, subconsultants, and agencies. Salary Expected starting pay range of $115,000 to $150,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience, with a robust benefits package. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in environmental studies, science, engineering, planning, or related fields. Minimum eight years of experience in CEQA compliance document preparation, including at least four years in proposals, business development, and project management. Experience leading proposals, marketing, and client relationship management. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferred Skills Master’s or PhD in related fields. Experience with infrastructure projects and diverse client types. Extensive work experience in Central and Northern California. #J-18808-Ljbffr
