Principal Field Market Development Specialist
to join our RDN Field Market Development Team. This role involves shaping and leading local market development by supporting the hypertension (HTN) patient journey to ensure access to therapy. As a
Principal Field Market Development Specialist , you will drive local market development and education efforts, partnering with sales, proceduralists, and non-invasive partners to increase awareness and access to care for HTN patients through program development and strategic alignment. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and expanding team responsible for introducing a potentially transformative therapy that could become a multibillion-dollar market globally in the next five years. We seek leaders at all levels with a clear vision and bold, inclusive thinking to create innovative solutions benefiting patients, business partners, and customers. A DAY IN THE LIFE :
Implement and pilot organizational strategy, ensuring alignment with broader launch and therapy objectives. Lead clinical data and program planning discussions with stakeholders to streamline patient care pathways. Identify key stakeholders and build partnerships with cardiologists, HTN specialists, hospital executives, and other healthcare providers to develop awareness within service lines. Understand customer needs and recommend approved HTN and customer program initiatives. Utilize RDN CRM software to track activity for quarterly reporting. Manage pilot and awareness activities within budget constraints. Collaborate with sales, clinical teams, and reimbursement specialists to meet customer needs. Deepen understanding of hypertension initiatives to align materials, programs, and resources. Partner with sales and marketing teams on expansion strategies. Support a team culture centered on collaboration, customer focus, ethics, and execution. Participate in relevant association and society events. Maintain compliance with company policies and manage administrative and expense requirements. Must Have:
Bachelor's Degree 7+ years in marketing, program or market development, sales, or sales support (5+ years with an advanced degree) Ability to travel up to 50% of the time Nice to Have :
MBA or Master’s in Business, Hospital Administration, Nursing, or Life Science Healthcare marketing or consultative selling experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals Experience in CV hospital programs or market development Physical Job Requirements
