About the Position: We are working with an established Chicago boutique law firm that’s actively seeking a litigator (3+ yrs of experience) to join its premier practice as a senior associate or partner. This busy practice group represents clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies in an array of litigation matters in trial and appellate courts. This is truly a terrific opportunity to join an entrepreneurial practice and gain hands-on experience while working closely with partners in the group. Highlights: · Strong litigation practice with a sophisticated client base · Great opportunity for growth, development, and advancement · Strong support and mentoring from partners at the firm Responsibilities: · Represent clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters · Draft and respond to pleadings and written discovery · Conduct depositions · Communicate directly with clients Required Qualifications: · 3 or more years of commercial litigation experience · Experience drafting and responding to pleadings and written discovery · Experience handling depositions · Strong legal research and investigation skills Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid) Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $220,000 – $245,000.
