We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing / CMO to own and lead our customer acquisition and retention strategies across all DTC channels, including our owned site, Amazon, marketplaces, and social platforms. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for building and scaling a high-performing team across paid media, organic marketing, creative, CRO, and web development.
You will drive strategy, manage a significant marketing budget ($1.5M+ / month), refine attribution modeling, and oversee expansion into new channels—all while aggressively growing revenue and customer loyalty. What You'll Do :
Lead full-funnel marketing across paid and organic channels.
Build and mentor a top-tier marketing team.
Own and optimize KPIs including ROAS, MER, CAC / CLTV, and Contribution Margin.
Scale acquisition and retention efforts, testing rapidly and learning continuously.
Manage multi-channel campaigns with a focus on both performance and brand growth.
Drive analytics, reporting, and attribution strategy.
What You Bring :
5+ years in high-growth, DTC-focused marketing leadership roles.
Expertise in scaling digital and traditional channels (paid social, search, TV / CTV, affiliate, influencer, direct mail, CRO).
Hands-on experience with A / B testing, attribution modeling (MMM / MCA), and performance optimization.
Analytical, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
