Support the Store Manager in training staff and engaging customers. Drive customer engagement through store events and community projects. Manage daily store activities aligning with company goals. Communicate inventory and training needs to improve customer experience. Maintain merchandising standards to enhance shopping ease and value. Provide feedback for business improvement. Achieve sales goals and maintain safety standards. Assist with inventory unpacking and store maintenance. Qualifications
Minimum 1 year management experience in retail; prior retail management preferred. Knowledge of active lifestyle activities and products. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work with large teams and in a fast-paced environment. Comfort with retail systems, multi-tasking, and flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Benefits
