TEKsystems . This position requires proficiency with IBM Rational Suite of Tools, specifically ClearQuest and ClearCase, including schema development. The candidate must manage multiple requests independently, understand the Software Development Lifecycle for configuration management, and possess strong interpersonal skills for team interactions. Responsibilities

Administer IBM Rational ClearCase/ClearQuest in various environments, including applying updates. Enhance and customize tools using VBScript and ClearCase triggers. Perform on-demand builds and deployments for J2EE and .Net applications following CM procedures. Manage ClearCase administration in UCM environments. Control changes and maintain integrity of development artifacts. Identify configuration items, audit changes, and manage configurations throughout the SDLC. Coordinate with project teams on defect identification and recording. Ensure proper versioning of configuration items. Document and maintain CM procedures. Support the Customer Service Center as needed and be available for late shifts. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager. Minimum Technical Experience

At least 5 years of experience with IBM Rational tools administration, including installation, upgrades, and configuration. Experience developing ClearQuest schemas. Proficiency with ClearCase VOB administration, customization, and design using CQ Designer, VBScript, SQL, Perl. Experience with SQL Server, DB2, and Data Studio. Knowledge of Rational Application Developer, Eclipse, Visual Studio. Understanding of software builds for J2EE and .Net, and deployment in WebSphere and SharePoint. Skilled in scripting with ANT, MS Build, PowerShell. Experience with Virtual Environments (VMware, AWS, Azure). Ability to integrate with other IBM SDLC tools and support in Windows and Linux environments. Desired Skills

Knowledge of MAVEN, ANT, RAD. Experience with scripting tools and DevSecOps methodologies. Attention to detail for QA during builds/deployments. Excellent communication skills. Experience within a CMMI framework. Additional Information
