Represent clients in all stages of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and memoranda, to support insurance defense cases. Manage depositions, witness interviews, and expert consultations as part of the discovery process. Analyze legal issues and provide strategic recommendations related to coverage and defense strategies. Work closely with senior attorneys, clients, and external partners to ensure optimal legal outcomes. Participate in settlement negotiations, mediation, and arbitration processes. Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice in California. 1-5 years of litigation experience, with a preference for insurance defense or similar fields. Exceptional legal writing, research, and oral communication skills. Strong ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced setting. High commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards. Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications:
Admission to the California State Bar. Skills:
