Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Scientist - Night Shift (4x8s) Location: Brockton, MA Schedule: Night Shift | 4x8 Hour Shifts (32 Hours/Week) A well-established hospital in Brockton, MA is seeking a Medical Technologist (MT) / Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) to join their night shift team. This is a 32-hour/week position consisting of four 8-hour shifts, ideal for a motivated generalist who thrives in a supportive and fast-paced lab environment. Position Highlights: Schedule: 4x8 hour night shifts (32 hours/week) Generalist role requiring competency in: Hematology Chemistry Blood Bank Microbiology: Gram stains, culture planting, strep, and respiratory virus testing Work independently with access to a collaborative, cross-trained team Competitive salary and shift differentials Qualifications: ASCP or equivalent certification preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science Prior generalist experience strongly preferred Ability to work independently during night shifts Strong organizational and analytical skills Make an impact by providing high-quality diagnostic support to clinicians and patients in the Brockton community.
