Job Description We are actively looking for talented individuals who are collaborative, confident, and motivated to provide a first-class experience to clients within J.P. Morgan’s U.S. Private Bank. As a Private Banker in the U.S. Private Bank, you will advise families on building, preserving, and managing their wealth. Your knowledge of investments, financial planning, credit, and banking will help you advise current clients on their entire balance sheet and generate new client relationships. You will be part of a local team supported by an institutional platform with resources, specialists, and intellectual capital to help you achieve clients’ goals. Job Responsibilities Manage and maintain client relationships by earning trust, understanding needs, providing targeted advice, developing solutions, and delivering exceptional service Generate business results and acquire new assets from existing clients and new prospects Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking needs Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise when needed Connect clients across all lines of business within J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. Ensure solutions meet clients’ short, medium, and long-term objectives through holistic, goal-based planning Adhere strictly to all risk, control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Six+ years of experience in Private Banking or Financial Services Bachelor’s Degree required Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses required; unlicensed candidates considered but must obtain licenses within 90 days of employment Proven sales success and strong business acumen Established community presence and network Experience or understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts Focus on client experience and dedication to client advocacy Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred Proactive, initiative-driven, and critical thinker Excellent communication and presentation skills with credibility and clarity Strong organizational skills and disciplined approach Knowledge of equity, fixed income markets, and alternative investments such as Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Real Estate
