Our aiR team is dedicated to expanding all customer segments and is our fastest-growing GTM focus area. Job Description and Requirements Job Responsibilities: * Drive sales of the

aiR

and Extend products across Law Firm, Corporate, and Public Sector segments in North America. * Build and strengthen executive relationships with strategic customers to influence their long-term technology decisions. * Manage entire sales cycles for AI product adoption, including leading demos, presentations, negotiating terms, and addressing legal and business risks, including multi-year agreements with C-level executives. * Develop detailed product adoption strategies for each account in collaboration with product, enablement, and customer success teams. * Contribute to Relativity's GTM strategy for launching new products in North America, working with Product Marketing, Product, Legal, and Engineering teams. * Coordinate global sales opportunities with international sales teams. Relativity is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This role offers total compensation including competitive cash on-target earnings (OTE) and long-term incentives. The expected OTE range is between $179,000 and $269,000. The final offered OTE will depend on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Salary at the top end of the range is uncommon to allow for future salary growth.
