Leading the sales process across our diverse services portfolio.
Providing thought leadership when applying methodologies and managing architectural project elements.
Designing and delivering innovative solutions from concept through implementation in a complex environment.
Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats, including delivering clear requests for information and communicating potential conflicts at the executive level through individual team members of both business and technical disciplines.
Collaborating and leading services sales teams responsible for writing and presenting proposals to the Federal Government.
Strong Federal government contracting experience and understanding of the sales cycle.

We are seeking a Services Consultant to join our Federal Department of Defense (DoD) Sales Team. Why join the Federal DoD Sales Team? As a Services Consultant, you will be part of WWT's sales efforts with Federal DoD Agencies. Leveraging the expertise of our sales engineering team, you will build and nurture relationships with customer leaders, identify gaps in their technical environment, and deliver state-of-the-art solutions in areas such as Infrastructure Services, Strategic Resourcing, and Consulting Services. ), you will deliver best-in-class results for your customers. What will you do? The Services Consultant will grow WWT's services business by leading the sales process in assigned accounts, including building client and partner relationships, identifying and creating opportunities, and closing sales to exceed targets. Responsibilities also include scoping new work, preparing budgets and proposals, and ensuring smooth transitions from sales to service delivery. Responsibilities: Use a consultative approach to solve clients' business challenges through technology, aiming for business outcomes via WWT services. Create and identify service opportunities in assigned accounts. Build a pipeline of opportunities that meet or exceed thresholds. Achieve or surpass sales targets for profitability and revenue. Serve as the primary contact for sales of services in assigned accounts. Develop strong relationships with clients and partners. Conduct requirements gathering and develop proposals and statements of work with support from team members. Structure complex deals, including negotiations with primes and partners. Negotiate scope, pricing, and delivery terms with suppliers and partners. Lead the creation of work breakdown structures, resource plans, cost estimates, and pricing. Develop detailed proposals and statements of work that protect WWT from scope creep and risks. Coordinate with internal teams to set up and transition engagements smoothly. Participate in project kickoffs to clarify objectives and scope. Incorporate lessons learned into future engagements. Handle scope changes and resolve issues with clients. Identify staffing opportunities and engage sourcing teams. Participate in project closeouts to gather feedback and identify additional opportunities. Develop service strategies for assigned agencies to meet targets. Travel up to 40% depending on accounts.
