Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr
Job Summary:
As a Director of MEP Engineering, you will be responsible for establishing and leading an Engineering Division in the DC Metro Area. We are seeking a candidate with extensive MEP experience and strong leadership skills. Initially, this position can be remote, but you will eventually be required to relocate to the DC Metro/MD area to build and manage an office there. We welcome applicants who are open to this future move to help us develop our local presence.

Mentor and develop engineering talent. Manage division profitability and operations Technical Leadership:
Direct complex MEP design projects. Lead engineering evaluations and studies. Ensure technical excellence across all disciplines. Provide senior technical oversight. Drive innovation in design solutions. Business Development:
Develop and execute growth strategies. Build strong client relationships. Lead proposal development. Participate in industry organizations. Drive market expansion. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Professional Engineering license. Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering degree. 10+ years MEP engineering experience. Comprehensive knowledge of MEP and fire protection systems. Expertise in mechanical and/or electrical design. Strong understanding of architectural and structural principles. Proficiency in AutoCAD (BIM experience preferred). Proven business development track record. Outstanding communication and leadership skills. Seniority level
