KPMG is seeking a Manager, Workday HCM for our Consulting practice. Responsibilities
Lead Workday HCM projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity. Support business development activities such as proposal development and client pursuit efforts, collaborating with other service lines. Manage day-to-day activities of ERP Advisory engagements, including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews. Supervise and evaluate staff working on engagements. Oversee engagements in accordance with KPMG’s financial policies. Qualifications
Minimum five years of ERP and HCM implementation and upgrade experience. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Completion of at least one full Workday HCM implementation and certification in Recruiting or Talent. Candidates without current certification must obtain it within three months of employment. Strong verbal, analytical, and writing skills. Understanding of ERP system concepts and module functionality. Willingness to travel as required. Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
