Octave seeks to partner with group practices in Raleigh/Cary interested in providing high-quality behavioral health care both in-person and remotely. We invite group practice owners to collaborate with us in building a diverse clinical team committed to client-centered therapy within a dynamic environment. As part of Octave Clinicians, you’ll be supported by a team dedicated to collaboration and client needs. We value clinical thinking grounded in evidence-based practices, ensuring customized mental health treatment plans. You will provide therapy via video sessions for adult clients experiencing stress, depression, anxiety, and other concerns, using short-term, evidence-based therapies. Providers in your group must hold a master’s or doctoral license in North Carolina and have expertise in evidence-based therapies such as CBT or DBT, with a commitment to culturally responsive care. It’s okay if not all are fully licensed; we’ll work with those who are fully licensed. We are introducing in-person therapy sessions for both providers and clients, allowing for a more personalized approach, increased rates, and expanded client capacity. You must have a commercial clinical space to see clients in person through Octave, either from your home office or a commercial setting. Your practice is a good fit if you are: Passionate about expanding access to high-quality mental health care. Skilled in providing short-term, evidence-based therapies to diverse adult clients. Adept at building and maintaining strong therapeutic alliances. Willing to deliver feedback-informed care using standardized measures. Committed to culturally responsive and competent care. Open to learning from colleagues and clients. Thrives in a culture of thoughtful feedback and transparency. Qualifications: LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD Current license and residency in North Carolina. At least 2 fully licensed clinicians managing caseloads within the group practice. Owns an office space and is willing to provide in-person services. Some payor relationships may restrict employment eligibility. Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field. Licensed and in good standing with your licensing board. Minimum 1 year of post-license clinical experience. Preferred: 2+ years in areas like CBT for depression/anxiety, DBT, Unified Protocol, CPT, or PE for trauma. Preferred if currently working with Cigna & Aetna clients. Unmanaged device (not provided by another organization). Note: iOS, Android, or ChromeOS devices are not supported as primary devices. Compensation: Pay depends on licensure, education, experience, location, and market factors.
