Territory Sales Manager
to join our team in
Atlanta, GA!
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
The Territory Sales Manager must have a strong drive to succeed, selling all products, programs, and services to existing Fluidra customers and developing new contacts. Provide timely, accurate, and professional service to internal and external customers, emphasizing customer care and satisfaction.
Additionally, you will:
Call on and sell products, programs, and services to national accounts, pool builders, retail accounts, OEMs, sales managers, salespeople, plumbers, and electricians. Attend trade shows and tabletop events – National, Regional, Local, NSPI. Maintain the Salesforce database of Fluidra customers. Submit paperwork promptly (expense reports, monthly reports). Sell programs and services professionally to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Develop sales demand to promote Zodiac products through the territory distribution channels. Represent Fluidra's Sales Department for specific or unique accounts (e.g., Anthony & Sylvan, Premier, Blue Haven, OEMs, Carecraft, UAG, Leslie’s). Collaborate with management to communicate any changes affecting the territory. Send literature via fax or mail upon request. Complete required forms for literature and special deliveries via Shipping or Marketing departments. Consistently increase sales. Compile lists of prospective customers in Salesforce based on directories, trade show leads, and other sources. Travel within the territory to meet with customers and solicit orders. Demonstrate products using samples or catalogs, highlighting features. Quote prices, credit terms, and prepare sales contracts. Estimate delivery dates based on production and delivery schedules. Prepare reports of transactions and manage expenses. WHAT WE SEEK
3+ years of outside sales experience and/or training. Ability to read and interpret safety and operating documents. Proficient in writing routine reports and correspondence. Effective communication skills for presentations to groups. Mathematical skills for calculating discounts, interest, and other figures. Reasoning ability to understand and carry out instructions and solve problems. Valid driver’s license with a clean record. Willingness and ability to travel by plane and automobile. EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent.
