AVP – IT Infrastructure (Collaboration & Network) Location:

Onsite in Manhattan

Salary Range:

$65,000 to $150,000 depending on experience and skills

Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree required

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Collaboration/Video Meeting System Engineer in IT infrastructure, and at least 2 years in Network infrastructure design and support

Minimum 3 years of experience operating and maintaining switches, routers, and firewalls

Proficiency with Collaboration/Video Meeting systems and devices from manufacturers like Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, etc.

Knowledge of Collaboration/Video Meeting network technologies such as IP voice, video/voice protocols, routing protocols, and Layer 2 technologies

Cisco CCNP Routing & Switching certification; CCNP Voice/Collaboration and Cisco CCIE certifications are highly preferred

Additional Responsibilities:

Implement Collaboration/Video Meeting and network projects, including design, hardware/software installation, testing, and go-live according to standards

Provide daily operational and technical support for Collaboration/Video Meeting systems, including system maintenance, health checks, configuration backups, incident handling, patching, and upgrades

Develop and update technical standards and guides

Install IT equipment, perform cabling and labeling in server rooms

Manage hardware and software procurement, develop annual budgets, and track inventory
