Learn more about our Audit & Assurance team! We’re looking for Audit Senior Associates with experience in the Life Science industry vertical. As a

Audit Senior Associate , you will further learn to lead, gain deep industry insight, and grow relationships. With access to many resources and team support, this is what your work includes: Running client engagements from start to finish, including financial statement preparation, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, planning, and administrative functions. Supervising, training, and mentoring staff and interns on audit processes and assessing performance during engagement reviews. Maintaining strong relationships with clients to increase satisfaction and collaborating with client management and staff to perform audit services. Working with your team to identify and resolve client issues, encouraging creativity and expertise growth. Researching and analyzing financial statements and audit issues using electronic databases and audit software. Engaging with key client management to gather information, resolve issues, and recommend business and process improvements. Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant public accounting external audit experience. Experience working with Life Science clients. Strong organizational, social, technical, and accounting skills to work efficiently and build positive relationships. Experience with engagement management, reviews, and staff supervision. Ability to multi-task across various engagements. Capability to research technical matters independently. Meeting education requirements for CPA certification in your home state; CPA license is a plus. Compensation ranges from $63,500 to $142,000 annually, based on skills, experience, and other factors. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a culture that values diversity and growth.
