This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level clearance post-employment. Serco supports the Navy as the prime professional support services contractor for the Amphibious Assault and Connectors Program. We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Senior Acquisition Analyst to support the sustainment of the Landing Craft, Air Cushion (LCAC) and the transition to the new Ship to Shore Connector (SSC) LCAC 100 Class craft. In this role you will: Provide lead programmatic support to the LCAC Assistant Program Manager and LCAC Transition & Execution Manager on all aspects of LCAC life cycle management and the transition from legacy LCAC to the LCAC 100 Class craft. Supervise and manage the daily activities and deliverables of the LCAC Support Team, including mentorship and training. Support the LCAC program management by developing and maintaining the annual LCAC Business Plan using the PPBE process. Develop and submit Task Planning Sheets (TPS) in the Navy Enterprise Planning System (NEPS). Coordinate with stakeholders across the Program Office to manage the business plan. Lead the Configuration Change process for LCAC and LCAC 100 class craft across the fleet. Manage Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) for the LCAC Extended Service Life Extension Program (E-SLEP). Provide support for briefs, inquiries, business case analyses, schedules, and other taskings from the customer. Communicate effectively with the customer daily, providing updates and addressing concerns. Participate in scheduled meetings, take minutes, and track action items. Perform tasks in the Integrated Data Environment (IDE). Travel occasionally to support meetings. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have: Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5-7 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of DoD and USN policies related to Financial Management is desirable. Experience with Navy’s PPBE processes and policies is required. Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational and planning skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Experience managing team tasks and directing personnel. Ability to work on-site at the Washington Navy Yard when needed. Ability to travel 10% for meetings. Prior leadership experience.
