About the Role: The Roasting & Grinding Operator plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process by ensuring that raw materials are transformed into high-quality products. The operator will monitor the roasting process, adjusting parameters as necessary to meet production standards and specifications. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment. Basic understanding of machinery operation and maintenance.
