Fexle Inc. seeks a Salesforce Solution Architect responsible for designing Salesforce solutions across projects. The role involves engaging with stakeholders, understanding requirements, and developing solutions aligned with business goals and Salesforce best practices. Responsibilities: Provide architecture/design for Salesforce implementations under the guidance of a lead Architect. Create prototypes and proofs of concept. Map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities, determining when custom solutions are necessary. Lead or participate in requirement definition, prioritization, and project scoping. Collaborate with teams to determine implementation strategies. Ensure quality and successful delivery of solutions. Design a robust data model supporting project requirements. Engage in business development activities, including visiting trade shows, conferences, and promotional events to generate leads. Educate customers about Salesforce features and benefits. Travel for meetings, develop new business, and maintain client relationships. Follow up with leads and conduct online webinars to generate leads. Work with cross-functional teams for seamless execution. Respond to change productively and perform other duties as required. Collaborate with remote teams, especially in India, for sales support. Identify and develop potential client databases, monitor activities, and improve lead generation strategies. Create reports, dashboards, and workflows to support sales and marketing efforts. Analyze data for insights and prepare regular reports.
