We are seeking a junior or midlevel associate with 2-5 years of large law firm experience to join our labor and employment practice in either our San Francisco or Silicon Valley office. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills, and experience in employment law or general litigation. Relevant experience includes employment counseling, single-plaintiff litigation, class/collective action litigation, and investigations. Active California Bar membership is required. For California-based positions, the salary range is $225,000 to $435,000. The final salary or hourly wage will be determined during the interview process, based on experience, expertise, and market factors. This range may vary, and the total compensation may include additional benefits such as medical coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and parental leave. Details of benefits will be provided if an offer is made. The position is at-will, and the firm reserves the right to modify compensation and benefits at any time.
