Our event associate helps our coordinator deliver the highest quality event production for our clients. Common projects and tasks include welcoming and attending to guests, escorting clients, installing DIY Decor units, and assisting various event vendors. We are detail-oriented, communicative, and attentive to our clients. From start to finish, we create beautifully orchestrated weddings. This is an ideal job for anyone looking to gain experience in the event/wedding/hospitality industry and explore its opportunities. Responsibilities Stay up-to-date with the latest event trends. Respond promptly to booking requests. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Manage multiple event vendors or independent contractors. Collaborate with the Events Director to establish internal teams and support vendors for executing special events. Facilitate weekly meetings for special events and projects; supervise and coordinate subcommittee assignments; report to the Events Coordinator on event development and execution. Assist the Events Coordinator in creating budget worksheets for events. Willing to work flexible hours, including some weekends. What we offer New clients through our planning tool. Effective follow-up with vendors and clients. Calm and resourceful under pressure. Adaptability to change. Experience with South Asian weddings is preferred. Compensation and Perks Up to $15.00/hour, 20-25 hours/week on average. Weekly direct deposit payments. Invitations to exclusive events.
