Position Overview: Seeking a professional Site Manager for our Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson contract. The role requires leadership in safety, customer engagement, team mentoring, performance improvement, digital platform optimization, and asset management.
Essential Leadership Competencies:
Lead site team to meet client and contract standards
Drive safety culture and risk management
Manage customer relations and stakeholder communication
Develop employee skills and team performance
Implement digital tools for operational efficiency
Lead reliability programs to extend asset life
Essential Management Competencies:
Financial management and reporting
Contract and performance management
Change management and diversity awareness
Responsibilities:
Oversee project success, including planning, resource management, and reporting
Establish objectives, procedures, and standards
Manage personnel, property, and coordinate with other contractors
Travel as needed, maintain professionalism
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Minimum five years in maintenance management or public works
CRL or CMRP certification within two years
Experience in operations and estimating; military or engineering background preferred
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
Repetitive motion, walking, standing, climbing, and other physical activities
Work under pressure for extended periods
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license, ability to obtain security clearance
