The role We’re looking for an early Account Executive, Commercial to execute and refine our sales playbook from lead generation to closing. You should be proactive in prospecting, involved in closing deals, and improving our sales strategy.
Responsibilities
Run discovery calls, align stakeholders, and close deals.
Source pipeline to meet revenue goals.
Build processes for manual top-down outreach, onboarding, activation, and expansion.
Promote the product and assist in closing deals within our Commercial segment.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams.
Define inbound lead requirements to achieve sales objectives.
Maintain visibility into the sales pipeline at all stages.
Requirements
3+ years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas (SDR / AE management experience a plus).
Experience selling to SMB/Mid Market.
Experience as a Senior Sales Manager or Account Executive at a fast-paced SaaS company.
Extensive knowledge of sales principles and coaching ability.
Strong analytical skills; ability to use data to drive decisions.
Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and attention to detail.
Leadership and team-building skills.
Bonus
Experience as an early AE at a startup.
History of selling to sales leaders.
We offer a competitive salary with an OTE of $190k, including base and variable pay, plus equity, perks, and benefits.
