Hands on experience on NEXTGENFIREWALL Firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA etc). Good customer handling skills. Experience in implementing Information Security technologies and documenting the firewall management processes and procedures. Sound knowledge of different VPN technologies, including configuration and deep troubleshooting. Configuration, troubleshooting, and administration of Proxy (BlueCoat, Zscalar, etc.). Sound knowledge of AAA technology. Sound knowledge of firewall management tools, preferably Panorama, Fortimanager, etc. Experience with ticketing tools like Service Now, HPSM, and concepts of incident management, problem management, and change management. In-depth knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting Palo Alto and Cisco firewalls in HA mode, with hands-on experience to handle high-priority issues. Assist in policy management, patch management, vulnerability management, and vendor management activities. General knowledge of networking concepts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
