We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the range may depend on factors such as competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual bonus incentive pay. Note: No amount of pay is considered wages or compensation until earned, vested, and determinable. Job Description Summary As a Senior Security Engineer, you will collaborate with Architects and stakeholders to interpret and implement security guidance within a specific domain or program. You will lead projects, develop roadmaps, champion operational excellence through process improvements, drive cost savings, develop risk management frameworks, participate in incident response, and manage security tools. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Interpret engineering and operational guidance in security domains and contribute to projects. Lead creation of project roadmaps. Design and execute process improvement initiatives. Identify and implement cost optimization strategies. Develop and oversee risk management frameworks. Participate in incident response and manage security architecture and tools. Required Education, Certifications, and Experience
Education:
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience:
7+ years in cybersecurity. General Experience:
Risk remediation and stakeholder collaboration. Monitoring remediation efforts and emerging threats. Data Domain Role Experience:
Building, testing, and tuning data security policies and rulesets. Collaborating on data protection capabilities and supporting governance teams. Supporting security architecture for data and cloud environments. Experience with data architectures and security tools, especially in AWS and hybrid clouds. Certifications Preferred: CISSP Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strategic planning for information security. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Analytical, problem-solving, and multi-project management skills. Interpersonal skills and influence. Understanding of HIPAA/HITRUST, cloud security, and security technologies. Financial Responsibilities Revenue Responsibility: No Budget Responsibility: No People Management: No
