Job Description
As a Senior Product Manager, you will help our clients define, deliver, and scale merchandising and catalog management capabilities in an agile and data-driven environment relentlessly focused on driving superior business outcomes for our customers. As part of your responsibilities, you will lead a collaborative, cross-functional, and high-performance team working with CX/UX designers, developers, and senior management to guide merchandising and catalog management capabilities through to fruition. You will help teams build and enhance successful retail products that deliver a differentiated customer experience, meet market demands, and drive business results. Qualifications
Expected: 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in retail, eCommerce, or omnichannel environments Deep understanding of merchandising operations, product lifecycle management, catalog syndication, and content optimization Familiarity with PIM/MDM platforms (e.g., Salsify, Informatica, Riversand, Akeneo), and experience integrating with CMS, ERP, or supply chain systems Strong presentation and communication skills Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization including Engineering, Marketing, Finance, UX, and Analytics Experience using data and analytics tools and well-developed intuitions for leveraging data and analytics in generating objective and actionable evidence for fast and data-driven decision making A track record of managing product roadmaps, writing clear and specific product requirement documents, collaborating with user experience on product design, and working in a cross-cultural, geographically distributed team Deep understanding of the Retail industry, consumer operations, and digital commerce space Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience Preferred: Experience with GenAI-driven catalog enrichment, automated taxonomy generation, or large-scale data normalization Demonstrated experience shipping product to market Strong analytics skills and experience using analytics/visualization tools Business and digital strategy experience Identifying organizational and process changes required to successfully realize the benefits of a solution Additional Information
Salary Range:
