Forensic Architect/Project Manager

to join our dynamic Diagnostics Group. The qualified candidate will have relevant experience in forensic architectural design, construction, moisture intrusion, and building enclosure components. Experience with premises liability claims and/or accessibility standards is a plus. Project management experience is required. The

Forensic Architect/Project Manager

will manage the technical production and contractual aspects of multiple projects focusing on forensics, premises liability, and building enclosure work. The role also involves marketing, business development, and growth of the Diagnostics Group. The architect should have experience and interest in restoration, rehabilitation, renovation, water infiltration, and building envelope issues. The candidate should possess a high energy level, be self-motivated, and able to work within a team, serving clients on major projects nationally and internationally. Technical expertise, proactivity, and assertiveness are essential. Qualifications

Master's Degree in Architecture preferred 7+ years of relevant experience, including architectural design Architectural license required Litigation/forensics experience and relationships with attorneys/insurance clients Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong communication, people management, and customer service skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Walter P Moore offers a flexible hybrid work environment, combining in-office and remote work options. Candidates should be able to commute or travel periodically to the office. A one-time $1,000 stipend and a $50 monthly stipend are provided to support home office setup and expenses.
