We are looking for a hunter with experience in a complex sales environment, strong customer relationships, and motivation to find new business. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Expand Altium's presence with pharmacy chains by developing value-creating commercial strategies with our portfolio of pharmacy packaging solutions (pharmaceutical vials, bottles, liquid bottles, custom caps, etc.). Use competitive analysis and market research to drive business goals. Execute daily sales objectives to achieve KPIs, including sales reporting, market mapping and analytics, pipeline management, bid preparation, etc., to drive growth in targeted markets. Build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with strategic customers and partners, emphasizing quality, continuous innovation, and solution selling. Explore markets to secure targeted accounts, including product line extensions and equipment investment needs. Interface with plant teams, customer service, and group sales leaders, reporting findings regularly. Collaborate with national market packaging development engineers to bring value-added products to the region. Manage customer requirements, product marketing, and act as a liaison to manufacturing teams. Support strategy development, customer design management, and account support. Attend sales and industry trade shows to network, learn about substitute products, and identify new opportunities and threats. Provide monthly sales forecasts and weekly activity reports to management. Demonstrate Altium Packaging's Guiding Principles consistently. Targeted Pay Range: $99,500.00 - $123,900.00 Required:

Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or related discipline or equivalent experience. At least 8 years of experience in technical sales within a similar industry or customer base. Proven success in acquiring new customers, with a competitive, closing mentality. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience with large, national accounts and/or distributor partnerships. Experience in greenfield, value, or solution selling. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of CRM and sales pipeline management tools. Travel required, approximately 50% based on business needs. Preferred: Packaging sales experience in plastics (pill bottles, vials). Experience calling on pharmacy chains, healthcare, grocery, government, wholesale, or related industries.
