HDR is seeking a project manager with experience in client development and delivery of data center projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully delivering data center and mission-critical projects from planning and pre-design to design, construction support, and commissioning. This role offers an opportunity to join one of the largest and fastest-growing TMT (Tech, Media, and Telecom) practices in the industry. Besides project management, the candidate should have the drive and charisma to develop new business and expand HDR's reputation in these markets. The individual will manage multidisciplinary design teams from project inception to completion, working closely with regional managers and global client teams. Some travel to project sites or HDR offices may be required. Additional Responsibilities

Develop strategies, new business prospects, and technical services to meet business goals Manage project teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction Travel 10-20%, including international locations if needed Maintain flexible work schedules for international support Control project budgets, scope, and schedules Ensure quality standards for deliverables Handle forecasting, invoicing, and contracts Represent HDR in client interactions Recruit mission-critical staff in collaboration with the Business Group Manager Create proposal content including scope, schedule, and budget Lead HDR during interview presentations Collaborate with local and global teams across departments Perform other technical and managerial tasks as assigned Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field 7 years of related data center experience At least 2 years of project management experience Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project; Access experience is a plus Demonstrated leadership skills Strong commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture #LI-BM1 Additional Notes

Compensation for this role in Minnesota ranges from $116,498 to $216,353, depending on experience and location.
