Snowflake ACEX (Analytics & Compute Experience) team owns a high-visibility charter focused on building key features for Cost Management & Query Analytics in Snowsight, providing a modern, feature-rich interface to analyze, visualize, and manage data within the Snowflake platform.
AS A SOFTWARE ENGINEER FOR THE ACEX TEAM, YOU WILL:
Drive high-impact initiatives across product areas such as Cost Management, AI-powered Analytics, and the tech stack including NodeJS, Java, and JavaScript (React).
Promote strong collaboration within a cross-functional team, including design and product management.
Coordinate closely with sister teams like Data Governance, Snowpark Container Services, and Developer Experience to deliver features.
Contribute to the product vision and participate in team planning.
Build for scale and high performance.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
At least 2 years of hands-on software development experience, including backend or full-stack development (internships count).
Deep understanding of modern web application architecture, API design, security, performance, and scalability.
Knowledge of data development tools, data infrastructure, or ML is a plus.
Technical leadership experience, such as serving as an architect or tech lead on high-impact customer-facing projects.
A drive to excel, motivation to make an impact, and comfort working in ambiguity.

for salary and benefits details. The estimated base salary range for this role is $157,000 - $230,000, plus eligibility for bonus and equity plans. Starting salary will depend on skills, experience, and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, paid holidays and time off, parental leave, employee assistance, and more.
