Job Description: This role is responsible for defining and leading the engineering approach for solutions at the program or portfolio level to deliver significant business outcomes. Key responsibilities include improving the design, quality, and reuse of solutions, and delivering technology enablers to enhance development efficiencies. The candidate should have familiarity with at least one engineering area, act as a reference across the organization, and contribute to technical competency development through recruitment and training. Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced, senior ServiceNow developer to implement ServiceNow SecOps modules in a new, greenfield environment. The role involves leading the engineering approach for ServiceNow SecOps at the program or portfolio level to achieve key business outcomes, with expectations of engineering familiarity, organizational reference, and knowledge sharing. Key Responsibilities: Develop the engineering approach for ServiceNow SecOps and collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation. Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow features, exploring solutions as needed. Provide thought leadership on ServiceNow development practices and platform capabilities. Oversee development teams, conduct design reviews, and ensure best practices. Define the technology stack for ServiceNow SecOps within supported technologies. Explore advanced technologies to improve development efficiency, testing, and release management. Lead end-to-end testing strategies and coordinate between teams. Serve as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow SecOps within Bank of America’s Cybersecurity organization. Collaborate with IT, Asset Management, and Risk & Compliance teams to align processes. Contribute to the ServiceNow roadmap, planning system upgrades, improvements, and investments aligned with organizational goals. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow platform development experience across multiple modules and capabilities. Experience configuring ServiceNow Workspaces, Flows, ACLs, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions/Pages, Forms, Playbooks, Portals, Reports. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX. Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including Scripted REST APIs. Support experience for ServiceNow upgrades and change remediation. Advanced scripting skills with best practices. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Soft Skills: Leadership and mentorship abilities within technical teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Desired: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (preferred). Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Systems Administration (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). ITIL v3 or v4 (preferred). Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40 Pay Transparency: Salary range $153,000 - $230,000 annually, based on experience, education, and skills.
