Position Overview: Norton Rose Fulbright seeks a patent agent with at least two years of patent prosecution experience, particularly in 5G, Wi-Fi, wireless technologies, AI, processor/memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end. Patent agents work closely with inventors, researchers, and attorneys to evaluate inventions, assess patentability, draft applications, and respond to USPTO actions. It is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of technological innovation and IP law. Key Requirements: Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent Minimum two years of patent prosecution experience Registered or qualified to register with the USPTO Strong background in wireless tech, AI, processor/memory systems, image processing, RF front-end Excellent academic credentials and communication skills Additional Skills: Experience managing client portfolios Preferred experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, natural language processing, wireless communications, computer vision, or related AI fields Location:

In NYC, Denver, LA, SF, annual salary ranges from $140,000 to $250,000, depending on market data. Bonuses are performance-based and non-guaranteed.
