Territory Sales Manager - Los Angeles
to report to the Regional Sales Manager. Responsibilities include managing our California business plan, maintaining and developing accounts (chain, general market, on-premise), and ensuring execution as directed by the Chain team. Manage and develop targeted regional accounts on and off premise. Develop programs, promotions, partnerships, and track their success. Secure package authorization, appropriate pricing, displays, and shelf space in off-premise chains. Review reports to identify opportunities. Collaborate with Distributor reps. Regional Management Track metrics, provide performance reports, and implement growth strategies. Communicate effectively with Distributor Brand Managers and teams. Present at GSMs and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews. Hold monthly meetings with distributor personnel to discuss performance and plans. Monitor inventory and sales volume goals. Use industry data tools like VIP and Nielsens for sales strategies. Deploy tactics such as GSMs, market visits, and ride-alongs. Manage regional chain business and grow distribution points YOY. Manage prospects, acquire new business, and expand distribution points. Field work expected 4 days/week. Account Management Establish distribution, displays, promotions, sampling, and shelf assortment aligned with objectives. Minimum Requirements Bachelors Degree. At least 3 years in Regional Accounts or Sales. Over 3 years managing distributors. Over 6 years in the beer or spirits industry. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, IRI, VIP, CRM, and project management software. Experience with Nielsen data. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Benefits/Compensation Salary based on experience. Bonus structure.
