What You'll Do
Primary responsibilities include providing technical expertise and supporting Facilities staff within the region.
Responsibilities also include:
Overseeing projects.
Performing technical report reviews.
Preparing and reviewing proposals.
Business development and assisting other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions.
Additional responsibilities may include:
Leading and coaching junior staff members.
Performing responsibilities at the regional level.
Mentoring Facilities Associate Principals and participating in review committees for candidates seeking Associate Principal designation (Facilities) may also be part of the role.
What We're Looking For
For Engineers and Architects, a Bachelor or Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), Civil (Structural) Engineering, or Architectural Engineering. For professionals with specialized Master-level certification, any Bachelor of Science in Building Construction, Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields is acceptable.
Professional Engineer (P.E.), Registered Architect (R.A.), or Master-level certification such as Master Code Professional (MCP) from the International Code Council (ICC). Certification must be active.
12+ years of relevant professional experience.
Designation as a senior reviewer at your current or previous firm is required.
