Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager and take ownership of growing our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will drive new business by developing and executing a strategic sales plan, focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a sales pipeline. You will build long-lasting customer relationships through communication and exceptional service, utilizing Salesforce CRM. Staying informed on market trends and competitor activities, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms to maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, maintaining accurate sales records, and meeting performance goals are essential in this role. Key Responsibilities Include: Sales Growth & Prospecting:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%). Pipeline Management:

Build partnerships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions, tracking interactions via Salesforce CRM. Market & Product Analysis:
Stay informed on industry trends and conduct market research for growth opportunities. Consultative Selling:
Employ a consultative approach to offer pricing and value-based solutions, and negotiate terms. Performance Reporting:
Use CRM to track sales performance and generate reports. Team Collaboration:
Work with operations and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide leadership when needed.

Skills & Experience:
High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience with 1+ year outbound prospecting or at WillScot. Ability to travel 10-20%, primarily for field visits, with minimal overnight stays. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom. Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles. Leasing experience is a plus but not required. A consultative, solution-oriented sales approach is advantageous.
