in the Greater Michigan and Grand Rapids area. This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing, recording accurate data on prospective customers, and maintaining detailed records of the targeted market area. The position offers uncapped commissions, with expected first-year earnings over $80,000 (OTR), starting with a base pay of $20/hour, influenced by experience, education, location, and certifications. Work diligently to generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in assigned territories, as directed by the Canvassing Program Manager. Transport yourself to the territory and represent Renewal by Andersen professionally at all times. Use company mapping and business applications to record detailed house-to-house data accurately. Maintain a professional appearance, including proper uniform and municipality permits. Participate in company meetings and communicate ideas for program improvement. Master product knowledge, promotional offerings, and the Renewal by Andersen methodology. Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license with a clean record Minimum age of 21 Reliable transportation Strong verbal communication skills Goal-oriented and self-motivated Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets Physically able to stand and walk 3-5 miles daily Our Culture and Commitment
