Lead daily store operations, supervise team members, manage guest orders, and maintain store equipment and facilities. Implement and maintain operational processes ensuring excellence across Marco’s 10 Operating Systems. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Meet store sales, service times, and guest experience goals. Review Profit & Loss statements and implement growth strategies. Maintain accurate data in all corporate systems. Recruit, interview, and select qualified candidates. Train and coach team members to ensure product quality and guest satisfaction. Foster Marco’s cultural beliefs to create a positive work environment. Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of successful restaurant management experience. High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license. At least 21 years old. Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours). Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Additional Information:
