VNS Health Physical Therapists help New Yorkers get back on their feet and out of the hospital so they can heal where they are most comfortable - in their homes and communities. Our Physical Therapists design and deliver personalized 1:1 rehabilitative therapy programs for patients recovering from surgery, illness, or accidents, and assess progress by being part of their daily lives. What You Will Do
Practice independently in the community as part of an interdisciplinary care team
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine needs, develop treatment plans, and set outcomes
Deliver personalized rehabilitation therapy in patients' homes or care facilities
Continuously evaluate patient needs and adjust plans of care accordingly
Qualifications Minimum of one-year physical therapy experience or successful completion of probationary period as a VNS Health Rehab Intern.
Licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist/Audiologist in New York State.
Valid driver's license required for all areas outside Manhattan.
Pay Range per Visit The hiring range for the per diem per visit position is:
$70 - $75 per visit for areas outside Bronx.
$90 - $95 per visit for Bronx.
Compensation Salary range to be determined.
