We are currently looking for a senior-level Oracle CX Cloud Architect to join our team in Ft. Lauderdale, FL / Santa Clara, CA. This role involves leading and implementing strategic goals involving Oracle CX products such as CX Sales, Service, and Marketing. The Oracle CX Cloud Architect will plan, design, and develop systems/applications in cross-functional environments, including Oracle CX, Big Machines CPQ, Oracle Order Management, Subscription Management, and Financials. They will provide technical consultation to managers, architects, and team leads on complex problems, interface with cross-group teams, and contribute to organizational objectives affecting product technical direction.

Responsibilities

Technical and Functional Leadership:

Drive design and development of strategic initiatives using deep technical expertise and broad landscape knowledge.

Project Analysis and Design:

Collaborate with IT leaders early in initiatives; analyze requirements and write design specifications for complex projects; influence product strategy.

Consultation:

Serve as a technical expert for research, design, and development activities related to Oracle CX/CRM cloud applications.

Standards and Processes:

Support and recommend enhancements to SDLC standards and processes.

Technical Guidance and Mentorship:

Provide leadership across projects, guide implementation strategies, architecture evolution, and mentor staff.

Qualifications

Expertise in Agile methodologies, continuous integration, and tools like JIRA.

Ability to manage multiple large projects with detailed analysis and problem-solving skills.

Strong team collaboration and independent work skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience.

Experience with at least 5 Oracle CX/CRM and CPQ project implementations.

Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture and design.

Knowledge of release updates, user management, CPQ solutions, and audit controls.

Functional knowledge of CRM concepts, sales & services cloud, communities.

Scripting and automation experience is advantageous.

Familiarity with other CRM applications like MSFT Dynamics, Salesforce, and ERP systems such as Oracle ERP Cloud.

Excellent communication skills.
