Description

Major Duties and Responsibilities: Building and configuring automated IT solutions using Documentum, Captiva, and other IT platforms, collaborating closely with WMATA Document Configuration Managers and WMATA-IT Applications Manager. Configure and develop applications involving technologies such as Java, J2EE, Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Bootstrap, Material Design, Node.js. Provide development and technical support for Enterprise Content & Information Management client applications from Documentum, including Documentum D2, Webtop, xCP, and others. Support products like OpenText Brava, Content Transformation Services, Process Engine, Workflow Manager, Documentum Xplore, Content Server, and related connectors. Administer, troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain application and web servers including Apache Tomcat, Apache Server, and Weblogic Server. Handle development and support requests from the Project Design and Configuration Management Office (DCMO). Provide technical support for Captiva Capture, Intelligent Capture, Advanced Recognition, and related modules.

Qualifications

Background and Experience Required: Proficiency in using Documentum, Captiva, and similar IT platforms for content import/export. Experience with import/export operations via network drives, hard drives, and emails to Documentum applications. Ability to translate technical observations and requirements to business managers.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with document repositories and database management. Experience with .NET (C#/VB) programming and SQL for reporting. Working knowledge of SQL statements.
