Job Description and Responsibilities This role is within the People Systems team managing Workday products. The team collaborates with the People M&A team on all Workday-related activities. This position offers an exciting opportunity for HR technology enthusiasts. Reporting to the Senior Manager – M&A, People Systems, and part of the Employee Experience group, you will address system needs for acquisitions and legal entity setups, including QA and testing of Workday configurations. Configure Payroll and HCM modules in Workday to establish new companies, ensuring data integrity. Develop and maintain documentation for payroll and HCM configurations. Assist in configuring benefits modules for new entities in Workday, ensuring alignment with overall system architecture. Coordinate with product teams for communication and consistency. Draft test scripts, conduct testing, and secure sign-off within project timelines. Perform research and analysis to identify solutions for business challenges. Manage stakeholders by collaborating effectively with CoEs and project managers. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA). Proven success in delivering Workday projects. Understanding of People Technology stack and core HR processes. Experience in large, global corporate environments. Excellent communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Expertise in HR integration projects with Workday. Experience with payroll and HCM modules in Workday. Ability to work in ambiguous situations with critical thinking skills. Additional Information Work hours vary based on departmental needs. Travel required 5-10% of the time.
