iMin Technology is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer (TSE) with experience in Android OS integration, SDK/APK development, web technologies, and hardware troubleshooting. The role involves supporting deployment, integration, and maintenance of solutions, resolving software and hardware challenges, and ensuring seamless implementation for customers across various industries. Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide on-site and remote support for Android OS, SDK integration, APK deployment, and hardware issues (WiFi, Bluetooth, USB). Diagnose and troubleshoot software, application, and hardware problems. Assist with Android Studio builds, SDK/API integrations, web configurations, and device debugging.
Field Deployment & Testing:
Install, configure, and validate products at customer sites. Perform field testing for connectivity and performance. Gather and analyze customer feedback for product improvement.
Customer Training & Enablement:
Conduct technical workshops and training sessions. Create documentation and troubleshooting manuals.
Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Support:
Collaborate with sales to provide technical expertise during proposals and demos. Develop customized solutions based on Android, web, and hardware needs.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work with Product, Engineering, and Quality teams to relay feedback and prioritize improvements. Support internal testing of new features and releases.
