Reddit is quickly becoming a content marketing frontier, and this role puts you on the bleeding edge of what’s next in growth marketing. You’ll help build and execute strategies for clients eager to stand out in a rapidly evolving landscape — and you’ll be among the first in the industry to define what best-in-class Reddit marketing looks like. This is the first hire in our Reddit offering vertical, so there is opportunity to grow into a team lead as we grow the program.

What you’ll do: The Reddit Content and Community Manager will work closely with our internal team, clients, and Reddit community moderators to create and execute successful brand engagements on Reddit. This role involves research and content strategy, coordinating efforts between multiple parties, analyzing results and iterating on our approach to achieve client goals and KPIs. You’ll be instrumental in helping our clients win share of voice and maintain credibility on one of the internet’s most influential platforms.

You’ll be accountable for: Monitoring and engaging in relevant Reddit threads across multiple clients and industries

Drafting thoughtful, brand-aligned comments and posts that support client narratives

Collaborating with internal teams and clients to understand positioning and priorities

Creating and managing calendars of planned Reddit activity

Tracking performance and sentiment across Reddit initiatives

Continuously learning Reddit best practices and applying insights to improve strategy

Managing a community of freelancers We’re fully remote.

Requirements

Requirements 2+ years of experience in community management, content creation, or social media — Reddit experience preferred

Strong written communication skills and a natural ability to craft persuasive, authentic narratives

Excellent organizational and time management skills; comfortable juggling multiple projects

Comfortable operating within the nuances of Reddit’s culture, etiquette, and community dynamics

Growth mindset and eagerness to experiment, iterate, and learn from performance data

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment

Proficiency in Google Suite

Proficiency working with AI tools

Preferred: Background in marketing, PR, or online reputation management

Preferred: Experience working with freelancers and/or distributed teams
