Senior Marketing Manager , you will drive the future of surgical visualization by leading the U.S. growth of our cutting-edge IMAGE1 S video endoscopy platform, advancing minimally invasive surgery through enhanced visualization and digital innovation. What you will be doing: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share. Lead product lifecycle management from launch to optimization, ensuring strategic alignment with market needs. Foster strong collaboration across Sales, Field, Product Management, and Global teams. Act as the U.S. Subject Matter Expert for IMAGE1 S , including spectral imaging, AI integration, and the full ecosystem of surgical visualization devices. Drive commercial execution by creating impactful sales tools, training programs, and customer engagement initiatives. Analyze market dynamics and competitive activity to shape go-to-market strategies. What you bring: Required: 5–7 years

of medical sales and/or marketing experience (minimum 2 years in marketing). Expertise in digital products, imaging, or visualization technologies. Proven success leading product launches, sales training, and market development initiatives. Strong strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and analytical capabilities. Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor’s Degree required (MBA preferred). Preferred: 10+ years of product management or marketing experience in the medical device industry. Experience managing cross-functional commercialization projects.
