Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Competitive salary Job Description: The UX/UI Designer & Developer leads the effort to define, plan, and conduct user research throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), starting from the Discovery phase. They create research guides and conduct iterative user research. Outputs from the discovery phase include journey maps, personas, and other artifacts that inform the design and development phases. The UX Designer also creates prototypes using Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools to develop iterative application flows based on ongoing user testing. The UI Developer translates creative software design concepts into reality using front-end technologies. Key Requirements: Expertise in conducting user research and producing related deliverables such as personas, journey maps, interview guides, mind maps, and research findings. Proficiency in UX/UI software like Sketch, InVision, and Adobe XD to create intuitive prototypes aligned with Human-Centered Design principles and WCAG 2.X standards. Skills in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to develop responsive, browser-compatible prototypes and collaborate with developers on the view layer in MVC or similar projects.
