Principal Customer Solutions Engineer .

Your Day-to-Day:

Support business development and growth for Instrumentation & Control Systems in the Safety Systems and Setpoints portfolio as part of a team. Analyze customer requests and requirements to develop unique and competitive solutions. Gather market intelligence to guide product development and suggest innovative ideas proactively. Collaborate with Sales Teams and Engineering organizations to develop strategies and solutions for customer needs. Coordinate offer development with engineering teams, determining labor, material costs, and activity durations. Facilitate activities like cost estimates, risk analysis, technical descriptions, project schedules, compliance matrices, and cash flow with technical experts. Work with the Commercial Integration team to support finalization and issuance of offer letters. Participate in technical and commercial meetings with customers. Develop and deliver presentations to customers and stakeholders. Track and report on product opportunities, prioritize, and drive closure. Support resource and financial planning inputs. Facilitate customer issue resolution and review lessons learned. Attend industry conferences to build and develop customer relationships. Who You Are:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in an industry technical role, with strong preference for Instrumentation & Controls experience. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint. Strong communication and collaboration skills to foster alignment internally and externally. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail and precision. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines. Why Westinghouse?
