Personal Injury Litigation Attorney
to join our Irvine office. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience, including trial work. We value resourcefulness, problem-solving skills, and organization. Timely workload management and multitasking abilities are essential. The Litigation Attorney will handle various Personal Injury cases at all litigation stages, including trial preparation, depositions, settlements, and jury and bench trials, representing plaintiff clients in Irvine, Orange County, CA, and surrounding areas. Responsibilities Represent clients in cases involving products liability, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and other personal injury matters. Draft and file litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, responses, demands, motions, and memoranda of law. Guide plaintiff clients through the case process. Interact with expert witnesses, including conferences, drafting reports, and affidavits. Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Handle cases from pleadings to trial. Propound and respond to discovery requests. Review and summarize medical records. Conduct depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses, and experts. Attend court hearings. Draft complaints for various cases, from motor vehicle accidents to complex premises and assault cases. Prepare for trial, including motions, jury instructions, and verdict forms. Take and defend depositions. Research and draft law and motion documents, including motions for summary judgment and demurrers. Qualifications California State Bar License (Required) 4+ years of litigation experience (Required) Active and in good standing with the California Bar Ability to manage high-volume litigation cases and take them to trial Experience supervising paralegals Excellent client service and communication skills Superior writing and advocacy skills Spanish proficiency is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $150,000 - $220,000 per year 401(k) and matching Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts About Us Join Moet Law Group, where your career can thrive in a supportive, collaborative environment.
