Paid Digital Account Director
to lead paid media strategy, paid search, social media and programmatic for multiple clients in a wide array of industry sectors (healthcare, food and beverage, tourism and chemical/industrial). This role is focused on developing digital marketing strategies, managing multi-channel paid media campaigns, overseeing social media initiatives, and demonstrating clear ROI for client programs. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in paid media buying, analytics, and integrated digital strategy, while acting as a client-facing advisor. This is an opportunity to join a robust Digital team working with F500 clients and Brands. What you’ll do: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, and influencer programs. Manage all aspects of paid media strategy, planning, execution, optimization, and reporting across platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, DV360, and The Trade Desk. Act as a strong client partner on digital and social media initiatives. Oversee budgets, scope programs, write SOWs, renew contracts, and ensure account profitability. Mentor a team of digital specialists and account managers, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction. Track, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance using Google Analytics, deriving insights to optimize programs and demonstrate ROI. Stay current on emerging trends and technologies (DMPs, DSPs, SSPs, AI applications) to inform client strategies. Experience that contributes to success: 8–10+ years of experience in paid media and digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment. Expertise in multi-channel campaign management across paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), paid search (Google Ads), YouTube and programmatic (DV360, The Trade Desk). Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, data-driven insights, UTM tagging, conversion tracking, and performance KPIs. Deep understanding of digital media buying, bidding strategies, and audience retargeting. Exceptional client service, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and strategic presentations. Experience managing teams, growing businesses, and driving digital innovation. Experience with influencer marketing and executive social media programs. Familiarity with emerging ad tech tools and AI-driven marketing solutions.
