Senior Program Manager

Adult
Survivorship will lead
the disease-based S
urvivorship

rogram
efforts at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center
for adult patients
with cancer who have not been treated with a bone marrow transplant. Reporting directly to the Director of APPs and the Co-Directors of the Survivorship Program, t
his role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive
disease-based
survivorship care, focusing on the physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of survivors. The

PRIMARY
/ESSENTIAL
DUTIES
: Leadership and Management:
In collaboration with the Co-Directors of the Survivorship Program as well as the Director of Supportive Care Services, Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Director of APPs, Senior Vice President of the Clinical Research Division, and Service Line Managers, provide strategic leadership to develop embedded survivorship programs for disease-based clinics in adult (non BMT) oncology at F
red Hutch
, as a supplement to the existing standalone Survivorship Clinic. Provide critical input to identify key resource requirements to build and sustain adult cancer survivorship programs embedded within disease-based clinics Identify and follow metrics to gauge program success In collaboration with clinical directors, APPs and nurses within the disease programs:

% of this role will involve direct clinical care including: Participating in the management of patients with active cancer Participating as a provider in the survivorship clinic, guiding
survivors to wellness after treatment
Outreach
Participate in Survivorship Program events that address
the needs of cancer survivors both within the cancer center and in the broader community.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Currently licensed as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the State of WA or eligible to become licensed prior to start date
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required

omputerized Provider Order Entry (CPOE) experience preferred The annual base salary range for this position is from $137,259.20 to $216,923.20 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications. This position may be eligible for relocation
